Fleur des Causses, Rosé, Vin De France, 2021 A classic blend of Syrah and Cinsault. Its presentation in a thick glass clear bottle gives an impression of voluptuousness and power. While the Syrah brings in some spice and acidity, the Cinsault helps to soften the tannins and bring hints of strawberries and crushed hazelnut, complemented with some violet on the nose. Long lasting on the tongue, this is 'gastro-rosé' to be enjoyed during a meal.
